Payment: I accept payment by PayPal only. Shipping: I ship prints & paintings only after I have received your payment. If payment hasn't been made within 10 days of placing an order, the order will be cancelled. I will ship your order to the address listed in your Paypal transaction. Please make sure it is the correct address! Prints & paintings are typically shipped within 5 days of receiving payment. My prints & paintings are to be sent in a stiff cardboard covering which will protect them and wrapped in bubble wrap. I can not be responsible for prints & paintings that are lost or damaged during shipping. Prints will be replaced only if you purchase an insured shipping option.Paintings found to be lost in post after investigation will be refunded. Refunds and Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will exchange your item(s) or refund your money (minus shipping costs) up to 14 days after you have received your order. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.
